my brother called
and I had to answer
I told him about the disease
and heard him cry
he was quiet
than said goodbye
The doctors came in
with needles in their hands
than one of them
shouted out commands

The New Age
As the world slowly dies,
I still have the will to survive.
Seeing people drown in tears,
As our world slowly disappears.
I work and work trying to find a cure,
To this world which is oh so impure.
In the midst of day, I found a remedy,
To abolish this terrible felony.
As I finished the vaccine,
I imagined the cells roaming around in my body, just like a disease.

Interview with Dr. Andy Thierbach
SK: Hello, welcome to the interview.
AT: Hello, I'm glad to be here.
SK: Okay, let's get started with the questions.
What are the major medical devices and medicines that you encounter and use at the hospital?
AT: Well, to name the most common ones I use, here’s a few:
Patient monitoring devices (monitors)
NiBP
ECG
Oxygen Saturation Masks
Ventilation
And medicine to provide anesthesia.

AZ: Henry how was your life while you were in a concentration camp and you could have easily have gotten killed.
HM: Well when I was sent to the Auschwitz concentration camp my life was horrible, just because I was Jewish I had to endure the pain and suffering of war and when I was sent there I never saw my mother ever again. Then I was shipped to the Dachau concentration camp than to KL Kaufering, and by the end of the war I was in the sick bay.
AZ: How do you think Canada would have changed if you were killed in the holocaust?
HM: Well if I wasn’t in Canada many women might have died from improper abortion and maybe even the law that allowed abortion might have not been created.
